Shipping & Delivery

LeapTech’s preferred small package company is UPS.  Preferred freight company is Pilot Freight.  Shipping rates are calculated for the Continental U.S. The price includes insurance and necessary material to get your product to your door in the safest manner possible. Shipping terms are FOB shipping point. International shipping is available. International shipping charges are not available online and will need to be determined.

All orders for less than five yards of fabric will be folded unless the customer chooses the option to roll the fabric.  An additional fee is associated with rolling the fabric due to additional labor and packaging.  Fabric in quantities over 5 yards will always be rolled.

Please note that some items are considered special order.  These items may take up to a week to ship.  Generally, we will hold the entire order until the special items come in stock unless specified by the customer. If you must cancel your order our standard restocking fee will apply. All Cancellations must be received in writing.

Returns & Refunds

All orders are sold on an as-is, where-is basis. Item(s) should be inspected and tested immediately before signing for them. By signing for a shipment, you acknowledge that you have received the item in good order, free of any and all damage and defects. Any physically damaged items should not be accepted for delivery. We will not accept your claim if you sign for a damaged item. In the rare event that your item is damaged or defective your claim must be made in writing and dated within 3 days of the attempted delivery of merchandise. If the item is damaged you must wait for the shipping company to complete the claim before a credit or replacement part can be sent to you. During this time we may require you to return the part to us. You may not use or modify the product during this time.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number(s) (RMA#) must be assigned prior to returning any items. Any package returned without an RMA# will be refused. Items must be returned in original packaging in the condition in which it was shipped by us. Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. No refund on electrical items, cut yardage, special orders or items over 10 days old. Return freight charges are buyer’s responsibility. Returned item will be tested and a replacement issued if item is found to be defective. Customer will be charged our standard restocking fee of 30% for any returned item found not to be defective.

If the above procedures are followed, the defective item will be repaired or replaced at LeapTech’s discretion. The purchase amount will be refunded if repair or replacement is not possible; however S&H costs are not refundable. LeapTech provides no warranty and materials should be properly tested to confirm technical specifications.  Improper handling, physical damage, or acts of God void any responsibility of LeapTech. LeapTech reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
