18oz Woven Roving 50″ width

I used this as a space filler when building 2mm to 4mm carbon fiber plates. It’s works great in this role, as it’s fairly thick resulting in fast buildup, and still provides a good deal of strength in the final assembly. It’s also probably the cheapest way to build thickness without sacrificing too much strength. The only downsides are that it’s pretty difficult to cut (make sure you get some good shears), and the weave is pretty loose, so it falls apart easily if not handled carefully. If you can deal with those minor drawbacks, this stuff is a great cost effective, yet strong, filler between the far more expensive carbon fiber layers.
